The Research on Evaluation Index System of Informatization Level and Comprehensive Evaluation Model in Colleges and Universities

目前,信息化已成为我国高校建设的重要战略性目标,教育领域作为信息化必不可少的组成要素,更要朝着快速、高效的方向发展.要更好地实现这一目标,我们必须全面综合启动信息化水平评估指标体系.但由于高校信息化评估具有复杂性和不确定性,因此本文采用模糊综合评价模型来进行评估认证,旨在有组织、有计划、有步骤地对信息化评估指标进行统一规定和管理,便于全国性高校信息化水平的对比,从而进一步指导信息化教育的实践进程.

Informatization has become a strategic target of the construction of universities;as an essential element of informatization,education should invent a faster and more efficient development.To achieve this goal better,we must start the comprehensive evaluation index system of informatization level.Owing to the complexity and uncertainness,this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate and authenticate,and aims to take an organized,planned and procedural rule and management on the informatization evaluation index so that we can compare university informatization level and guide the practice process of informatization education further.
