摘要
现浇混凝土坡屋面施工质量控制难度大,施工工艺选择不当极易出现质量问题。通过合肥市武里山天街商业综合项目坡屋面混凝土施工情况为例,在屋面坡度为30°~55°时采用假分块工艺,较好的避免了坡屋面混凝土浇筑不易密实、不直观、易出现局部麻面、漏筋、空鼓、混凝土厚度以及平整度误差大等质量问题,对以后类似工程的施工具有良好的借鉴作用和广泛的推广使用价值。
The construction quality control for cast-in-place concrete slope roof is difficult,improper construction technology choice is easy to appear quality problem. Taking concrete construction of slope roof in Hefei Wulishan Street commercial project as an example. When the roof pitch is 30° ~ 55°,using false block technology can avoid the quality problems such as difficult to pouring the slope roof concrete densely,not intuitive,easy to appear local pits,exposed reinforcing bars,hollowing,concrete thickness and flatness error is large. It has a good reference and widely use value for the construction of similar projects in the future.
