摘要
为解决在45°光斜面、宽度1.5m、净空高度2.2m的廊道内钻灌施工平台搭设及深斜孔钻灌遇到的问题,以龚家坪水库为例,通过制作整体可移动式钻灌平台,采用取芯与不取芯相结合的方法和架设扶正器的措施,成功处理了#5坝段廊道内45°大坡度光斜面上钻深达84 m的深斜帷幕灌浆试验中遇到的施工技术问题;同时验证了在库前37m水头下灌浆形成防渗帷幕技术的可行性,为类似工况条件下同类项目施工提供了借鉴。
To solve the problem of building drilling and pouring construction platform and deep hole drilling inside the corridor with 45°light slope,width of 1.5mand clear height of 2.2m,taking Gongjiaping reservoir as an example,by making the whole mobile drilling platform,combination of coring and without coring method and construction measures of centralizer were used to successfully handle 84 mdeep drilling inclined curtain grouting construction test technical problems in 45°large gradient light slope of#5dam corridor.It also verified the feasibility of grouting impervious curtain under the condition of 37 m water head in front of reservoir.Therefore,it provides reference for the same project construction at the similar working conditions.
