摘要
针对南宁市水环境质量问题和管理需求,基于GIS系统的三级数据架构体系,开发设计了南宁市邕江流域水环境管理决策支持系统,并模拟计算了2013年南宁市邕江及其18条支流各监测点的水量、水质指标值。结果表明,计算指标值与实测指标值基本一致,预测精度较高,该系统实现了流域信息的可视化及水量水质的动态模拟,为南宁市水环境整治工程的开展提供了有效决策支持,为其他水环境管理系统的开发提供了参考。
Aiming at water environment quality and management demand of Nanning City,Water environment management decision support system of Yongjiang basin had been developed based on three-level data structure of GIS system.The system was applied to calculate the predictive values of water quantity and quality index of observation points in Yongjiang River and its 18 tributaries in 2013.The results indicate that the calculated and the measured index values were basically identical.The system has higher precision of prediction and enables the visualization of basin information and the dynamic simulation of water quantity and quality.It provides effective decision support for the water environment improvement engineering of Nanning City and reference for the development of other water management systems.
