摘要
基于中国文化情境,运用标准化量表开发手段对中国伦理型领导量表进行开发。通过中西方文化差异分析、文献阅读及企业访谈的形式,确定伦理型领导量表初始项目;通过极端组比较、题项与总分相关比较、同质性检验三种方法进行初始量表提纯;构造结构方程模型,对正式量表各个维度及整体的内部结构效度进行检验。结果表明,基于中国文化情境的伦理型领导包括领导者美德、伦理规则和利他精神三个维度,其中,利他精神是中国伦理型领导特有的维度。本量表具有良好的信度和效度,为探索中国文化情境下的伦理型领导提供了理论指导及测量工具。
Based on the Chinese cuhure context, we undertook the standardized scale development program and developed a scale to measure ethical leadership in china. Through the analysis of the Chinese and western cultural differences, literature reading and enterprise interviews, we determined initial items of the ethical leadership scale. Initial scale purification was done using three different methods like comparing with extreme groups, corrected-item total correlation test, and homogeneity test. Afterwards structural equation model was constructed and tested the internal structure validity of the formal and overall scale dimensions. The results show that ethical leadership in Chinese culture context includes three dimensions: Leader virtue, ethics rules and altruism. Altruism is a Chinese ethical leadership characteristic dimension. This scale is found to have good reliability and validity and will be helpful to provide future theoretical guidance and measurement tools to explore ethical leadership in Chinese culture context.
