摘要
基于市场导向理论,高校培养人才要从企业的需求出发。企业招聘和大学生就业之间存在"就业鸿沟"的原因之一是大学在培养学生过程中是否以企业需求为导向并贯彻落实于课堂教学环节。本研究首先基于有关企业需求的文献和深度访谈归纳总结企业对大学本科毕业生的需求标准,其次构建基于企业需求的课堂教学标准,最后通过对广州地区高校经管类专业教师和学生为对象的问卷调查实证检验教师与学生对基于企业需求的课堂教学认知差距。调查结果表明,教师和学生对基于企业需求的课堂教学标准在因子和题项两个层面上存在认知差距:因子层面教师更重视素质,而学生更重视知识;题项层面教师与学生在有关课堂教学的8个方面存在显著认知差异。
Based on market orientation theory, universities should educate their students according to business's needs. This is why there is "employment gap" between enterprise recruitment and graduates employment, one possible reason is whether universities focus on business needs and apply for this in classroom teaching during undergraduates" cultivation. This study firstly summarizes business requirement standards towards undergraduates based on business needs literature review and in-depth interviews, secondly builds classroom teaching standards based on business needs, lastly tests perception gap model based on business needs through university teachers and undergraduates majoring in economy and management in Guangzhou area. The results show that there are perception gap between teachers and students on both factors and items levels. On the factors level, teachers emphasize on quality but students pay more attention on knowledge, they have significant difference on 8 items altogether on the items level.
