产城融合发展的实质是城市"空间—产业"互动发展。城市"空间—产业"互动发展是城市空间价值在产业变迁中整合与重组的过程。以生产性服务业和制造业结构刻画的我国城市"空间—产业"互动发展能力对城市规模的推动研究表明,产业结构升级对城市规模具有显著影响,且在各等级城市中都存在显著的"倒U"型的规模门槛效应。建议按照价值链进行城市产业布局,建立基于城市价值链的"空间—产业"互动成长机制,以实现城市可持续发展。
