Analysis on SDN/NFV Patent Layout and the Technology Development Trend

通过对SDN/NFV领域发明专利的国内外年度分布、地域分布和申请人情况等进行统计和分析,研究目前SDN/NFV技术的全球及国内专利申请态势,整理SDN/NFV技术领域的年度申请量分布情况和各个主要技术分支的专利分布。研究发现:SDN领域的专利申请已经进入快速增长期,国内和全球布局态势基本一致,并涌现出若干值得关注的爆发式热点;NFV领域的专利申请处于起步发展阶段,现有专利持有情况分散,尚未形成事实上的垄断局面,我国领先企业在全球优势初显,运营商参与度有所提升。

In this paper, SDN / NFV technology-related domestic and foreign patents are collected from authoritative databases. Based on statistics of annual distribution, geographical distribution, applicants and other catalog Items, innovation and development situation of SDN/NFV is studied, including patent layout situation. Patent applications in SDN field have entered a rapid growth period, domestic and global situation basically follow the same layout, the emergence of a number of explosive hotspots attracts lots of attention. NFV patent application is in the starting point, telecommunication operators show more attention at NFV field. Concentrated monopoly has not been formed.
