摘要
网络功能虚拟化在云计算、虚拟化和SDN技术上运行虚拟的网络功能。对于数通领域的NFV平台,要能为物理网络提供多租户的服务,服务包括服务链和云主机两种模式。文章介绍的NFCloud,是在Opencontrail上进行扩充和改进的NFV平台,具有良好的适用性;并详细分析了NFCloud平台为应对服务提供商要求的高性能和高可用所面临的挑战和解决方法。
Network Function Virtualization（NFV） builds and runs network functions based on cloud-computing, IT virtualization and Software Defined Network（SDN） technologies. In order to use NFV in data communication, NFV platform needs to extends virtual multi-tenancy services into physical networks, and it should support virtual host and service chain service modes. NFCloud in this paper is a full NFV platform built upon Open Contrail, easy to deploy and use. And we also give detailed analysis and solution to meet the high performance and high availability requirement from Internet Service Providers.
