齐岳山人工草地土壤微生物时空变化研究

摘要 为探究齐岳山三叶草草地土壤微生物与时空变化的关系,为山地土壤生态重建和草地资源可持续利用提供重要参考价值,本研究采用平板培养法对齐岳山人工草地不同季节、不同土层土壤微生物数量、种类及其变化规律进行了研究。结果显示:齐岳山人工草地土壤微生物种类在4月和8月数量最多,且各土层无明显差异;土壤微生物数量最多出现在7月和8月,各土层的数量变化因菌种而异。 To explore the relationship between soil microorganism and temporal spatial variation in Qi Yue mountain clover artificial grassland and provide important reference value for soil ecological rehabilitation in Mountainous Region and sustainable utilization of grassland resources, the quantity and variety of soil microorganism were studied by Plate Culture method. The Results showed that the species of soil microorganism in Qiyue mountain artificial grassland were maximum in April and August, and there were no significant difference in various soil layers;the amount of soil microbial were maximum in July and August, and the microbial amount in different soil layers varied with the microbial species.
