温度对银拖墨兰开花习性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 设3个温度处理和1个常温对照,观察不同温度处理对银拖墨兰开花时间和开花数、叶片生长、花箭大小和叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和细胞膜透性、酶活性的影响。结果表明:23、25、27℃处理对银拖墨兰的生长和发育都有促进作用,温度对花芽分化后的银拖墨兰发育开花影响明显,在一定光照条件,随温度的升高银拖墨兰的营养生长、花芽发育、生理活动相应地加快,同时开花期提前、观赏期延长、花箭粗壮。3个温度处理的生长发育情况均优于对照,开花时间比对照分别提前了12、15、9 d,开花持续天数分别比对照多了2、4、2 d;其中效果最好的是25℃。 Effects of different temperature treatments on flowering characteristics,flowering time and number,leaf growth,flower length,leaf chlorophyll and soluble sugar contents,membrane permeability and enzyme activities,of Cymbidium sinense ‘Yin Tuo' were studied in this paper. The results showed that,at temperatures of 23,25 and 27℃,the plant growth and development were improved. Flower bud development was influenced obviously by temperature,with temperature increasing under certain light condition,the vegetable growth,flower bud development and physiological activities accelerated,and flower time was also earlier,ornamental period was prolonged and flower arrow was bigger. Compared with the thermoneutral control,the plant growth and development were better,the flower time advanced by 12,15 and 9 days,and the continuous flowering postponed by 2,4 and 2 days. In the three temperatures,the best temperature treatment was 25℃.
