摘要
分析了当前国内蔬菜溯源的研究现状和技术进展,从规模化、产业链完整的企业入手,通过对"基地+配送中心+专营店"的供应链模式的深入剖析,设计了标准化溯源生产档案,提出了蔬菜供应链全程溯源模型,融合物联网技术、二维码技术、Web技术搭建了蔬菜产品质量安全溯源系统,实现了蔬菜产品产销全程可追溯的目标,为企业安全生产和信息化管理提供了有效保障。
Based on analyzing current development situation and technologies of domestic vegetable products traceability system,this paper dissected the supply chain model of ＂vegetable cultivation base ＋ distribution center ＋ retail stores＂ on the respects of large-scale enterprises overview,and designed a standardized traceability production files. In order to achieve the goal of full traceability,this article put forward a full traceability vegetable supply chain model,and set up a vegetable products quality and safety traceability system with integrating Internet of things technology,QR code technology and Web technology. The construction of traceability system provided guarantee for safe production and information management.
