摘要
根据生物质成型燃料挥发分含量高、固定碳含量低和灰渣熔融性强的特点,设计了工作压力1.25 MPa、额定出口蒸汽温度194℃的链条蒸汽锅炉.该锅炉拥有独特的多拱炉膛结构和二次风配风系统,实现生物质成型燃料的气相多段燃烧和固相低强度燃烧,提高燃烧稳定性.试验表明:该锅炉的热效率达82.79%,烟气中颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物等污染物排放浓度均低于锅炉大气污染物排放标准的限值,锅炉具有良好的热效率和环保效益.
According to high volatile content,low fixed carbon content and low ash melting of biomass briquette,the chain-steam boiler with working pressure of 1.25 MPa and rated outlet steam temperature of 194 ℃ is designed.This boiler has special multi-arch furnace structure and air distribution systems,which achieves biomass briquette'sgas multi-segment combustion and the low intensity combustion of solid phase,improving combustion stability. Thetest results show that thermal efficiency of the boiler reaches to 82.79%,and the pollutant emission concentration offlue gas is lower than the boiler air pollutant emission standards limits. The boiler has a good thermal efficiency andenvironmental benefits.
