原发性甲状腺功能亢进症治疗中采用超声监测甲状腺上动脉血流的价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨超声监测甲状腺上动脉血流变化在原发性甲状腺功能亢进症治疗中的价值。方法将我院收治的35例原发性甲状腺功能亢进症患者行回顾性分析,将治疗前后超声改变与实验室血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)、甲状腺素(T_4)值相结合,对甲状腺腺体的大小与甲状腺上动脉血流指标进行分析。结果患者治疗后血清T3明显高于治疗前,血清T_4值明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者甲状腺上动脉参数[左右内径、舒张末期流速(Vmin)、收缩期峰值流速(Vmax)、阻力指数(RI)]治疗后与治疗前变化明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者甲状腺较治疗前明显缩小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声监测甲状腺动脉血流变化,可作为原发性甲状腺功能亢进症疗效准确的评价指标。 Objective To explore the ultrasonic detecting thyroid arteries blood flow index changes in the value of treatment of primary hyperthyroidism. Methods Thirty-five cases of primary hyperthyroidism patients were retrospectively analyzed, and the ultrasonic change before and after the treatment combined with laboratory serum T 3, T4 value, on the size of the thyroid gland and thyroid arteries blood flow index were analyzed. Results After treatment in patients with serum T3 was significantly higher than before the treatment, the serum T4 value was lower than that before treatment, significant difference(P〈0.05). The patients with thyroid artery parameters(diameter, Vmax and Vmin and RI) changes before and after treatment treatment, obviously significant difference (P〈0.05); the thyroid was significantly narrowed, the difference is statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic monitoring of thyroid arteries blood flow index changes in patients with primary hyperthyroidism, can be used as evaluation of curative effect is accurate.
