表没食子酸儿茶素没食子酸酯的抗癌机制研究 被引量:5

摘要 中国乃产茶之泱泱大国,饮茶有着几千年的文化历史,从古至今而且世代沿用。记载神农尝百草,日遇七十二毒,得茶而解之,“茶”就是指我们说的茶。茶中的主要活性成分是儿茶素,它包括:没食子酸儿茶素(gallocatechin,GC)、表没食子酸儿茶素(epigallocatechin,ECG)、表没食子酸儿茶素没食子酸酯(epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG)、表没食子酸儿茶素(EGC)和表儿茶素(EC)等。其中 EGCG 是绿茶主要的活性和水溶性成分,占绿茶毛质量的9%-13%;EGCG是绿茶茶多酚的主要组成成分,也是绿茶儿茶素类的主成分,它占绿茶儿茶素类总量的10%-15%,是茶在发挥功效中至关重要的成分。
