可乐定联合精氨酸生长激素激发试验的分析与临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 身材矮小受遗传、营养不良、宫内发育迟缓、内分泌异常、骨代谢异常等多因素影响,生长激素缺乏症(GHD)是其重要原因之一,在矮小患儿中约占6%~10%[1]。临床确诊GHD至少需行2种生长激素(GH)激发试验[2]。我们对162例疑诊为GHD的矮小儿童进行可乐定、精氨酸激发试验。现报告如下。
