摘要
在共轭齿廓设计的理论研究基础上,基于SOLIDWORKS软件对已知传动比和齿廓分为直线、圆弧、样条求解其共轭齿廓,并进行运动仿真,最终验证了设计的正确。研究的成果对齿廓的设计及加工有一定参考价值;设计的方法简洁准确,省去了繁琐的计算,具有一定的工程应用前景。
On the basis of the theoretical research of conjugate tooth profile design,based on the SolidWorks software,the known transmission ratio and tooth profile is divided into a straight line,arc,spline to solve the conjugate tooth profile,and the motion simulation is carried out,finally,the correctness of the design is verified.The results has a certain reference value for design and machining of tooth profile,the design method is simple and accurate,the tedious computation is eliminated,it has a certain engineering application prospect.
