摘要
基于统计能量分析(SEA)原理,以某船用齿轮箱为例建立了SEA模型,并通过理论分析确定了统计能量法的3个重要参数以及齿轮箱的轴承动载荷激励。由于齿轮修形可以有效降低齿轮啮合冲击产生的高频振动,为定量得到减振降噪效果,运用统计能量法分别对齿轮采用未修形和修形两种情况下,齿轮箱各子系统的振动速度以及距离齿轮箱外部一定距离的声压级进行了仿真预测。研究表明,统计能量法可为齿轮箱高频声学性能分析提供有效手段。
Based on the statistical energy analysis theory,a SEA model for a ship gearbox is established and through the theoretical analysis,the three important parameters of statistical energy analysis theory and the bearing dynamic load excitation of gearbox are determined.The high frequency vibration caused by the impact of the gear mesh can be effectively reduced by the gear modification.In order to get the effect of vibration and noise reduction,by using the statistical energy analysis theory,the simulation prediction of each gearbox subsystem vibration velocity and pressure level at a certain distance are carried out respectively in two conditions of gear modification or not.The study shows that,the statistical energy analysis theory can provide an effective method for the analysis of high frequency acoustic performance of gearbox.
