道路交通事故处理培训体系框架设计

道路交通事故处理培训是提高事故处理民警业务素质及办案水平的重要手段。当前道路交通事故处理培训工作还存在机制不健全、课程不系统、授课方式单一、缺少效果评估等问题。对此，本文采用问卷调查的方式，征求了广东、内蒙古、湖北、云南等参加公安部交通管理科学研究所承办的道路交通事故处理培训班共计195名学员对交通事故处理培训的意见，从培训原则、机制、内容及方式等方面对道路交通事故处理培训工作进行了梳理和系统设计，初步构建了道路交通事故培训体系框架，为优化道路交通事故处理相关培训工作提供参考。

Professional training in traffic accident investigation and handling is an important way to improve the work quality of traffic police officers. However, there are still defectives in this kind of training, such as imperfect training mechanism, simplex training methods, lack of effect evaluation, etc. Therefore, based on surveys, opinions are collected from 195 trainees from Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, Hubei and Yunnan province who attended this kind of training in Traffic Management Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security. Then the professional training is systematically analyzed, training principles, mechanism, content and training methods are thus designed accordingly. Finally, a system framework professional training is proposed which can provide an optimizing way in carrying out the training on road traffic accident investigation and handling.
