摘要
为了最大程度将银富集在铅精矿中,采用先选铅银后选锌的优先浮选工艺。着重进行了铅银混浮时粗选捕收剂、抑制剂种类试验。试验结果表明,乙硫氮和丁基铵黑药组合捕收剂与硫酸锌和亚硫酸钠组合抑制剂能获得较好的结果。闭路试验可以获得含铅68.14%、铅回收率94.21%、含银4407.55g/t、银回收率91.29%的铅精矿和含锌56.32%、锌回收率85.62%的锌精矿。
To maximize the enrichment of silver in the lead concentrate, we adopt preferential flotation tech- nique in which we first recover lead and silver and then zinc. We focus on roughing collectors and depressants while conducting experiment of lead and silver flotation. The experiment shows that using sodium diethyldithiocarbamate and butylamine aerofloat as combined collector as well as zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite as combined depressant could produce relatively good result. The locked-cycle test obtained a lead concentrate which contains 68.14% of lead with 94.21% lead recovery and 4407.55 g/t of silver with 91.29% silver recovery, and a zinc concentrate which contains 56.32% of zinc with 85.62% zinc recovery.
