摘要
为了选出松栎柱锈菌(Cronartium guercuum)春孢子破壁前的显微计数的最佳方法。通过对4种孢子计数方法的比较,筛选出了适宜的预处理方法和计数方法。结果表明:100 m L水中加入15 g无水硫酸锌(Zn SO4)制成的硫酸锌溶液与无水乙醇(C2H5OH)体积比为5∶1时对松栎柱锈菌春孢子分散效果最好。方法三最适合用于该菌锈孢子显微计数。
We selected a best method to count the Cronartium guercuum aeeidiospores before broken. We screened out a suitable pretreatment method and counting method with four spores counting methods. The solution, which is a mixture of 5 : 1 of ZnSO4 solution made from 100 mL of water added 15 g of anhydrous ZnSO4 to C2HsOH in volume, has the best disperse effect to Cronartium guercuum aecidiospores. Method three is the most adaptive way to Cronartium guercuum aecidiospores microscopic counting.
