高职院校学生创新意识培养的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasure of Student Innovative Consciousness Cultivation of Higher Vocational College

创新是当今时代的特征,培养创新意识成为创新成功的强大动力和精神支柱。当前高职院校学生在创新意识培养中存在着一系列问题,如创新能力较差、创新意志缺乏、创新素质不高、创新实践匮乏等。针对这些问题,高职院校应从创新实践教学模式、克服创新心理障碍、加强创新素质教育、营造创新教育环境等方面系统地培养学生的创新意识。

Innovation is the feature of the 21 st century, the student innovative consciousness cultivation of higher vocational college has been the strong driving force and spiritual pillar of the innovation success. There are many problems in the student innovative consciousness cultivation in higher vocational college, such as the lack of innovative ability, innovation consciousness, innovative quality, and innovative practice. To solve these problems, higher vocational college should try to train the student innovative consciousness from many aspects,such as developing teaching modes of innovative practice, overcoming the psychological obstacles of innovation, strengthening the cultivation of innovative quality, and creating a new environment of innovation teaching.
