兼职作为大学生社会化的第一步能很好地起到就业的衔接作用。文章从提升心理素质、积累社会经验、拓宽交际圈、明确职业定位等方面分析了兼职对大学生就业的有利影响,指出了大学生兼职中存在的问题,提出了构建有利于大学生兼职的服务体系为充分发挥兼职的作用和为兼职铺设良好的发展道路的对策和思路。

Part-time job, as the first step in the socialization of college students, plays a very good role in the convergence of employment. Firstly, the paper gives the beneficial effects of part-time employme nt for college students from upgrading the quality of mind, the accumulation of social experience, wide n the circle of communication, clear professional orientation aspects. Then, it points out the problems e xisted in the college students＇ part time jobs. Finally, suggestions that building service system to make full use of part-time jobs is put forward, offering countermeasures and thinking about paving good deve lopment path.
