Graduation thesis is an important teaching process in realizing the objective of the independent college to cultivate applied talents with high qualities, while how to give full play to the role of thesis instructor is the key to ensure the quality of graduation thesis. This article is trying to analyze the problems and reasons of independent college graduation thesis management from the perspective of teacher source and puts forward some measures and suggestions accordingly, in order to make the independent college attach great importance to the effective management of graduation thesis instructor.
