摘要
本文简述了以自动化测量喷涂涂料厚度代替人工测量的设计思路。通过在上位机的组态软件Wincc中建立OPC过程驱动程序,建立变量相链接,完成上位机和下位机PLC的数据通讯,控制喷枪小车的移动速度和气动控制测厚传感器的平稳下降,使喷涂测厚高效精准,杜绝了人工测量干扰带来的精度的降低。
This paper describes the design idea of automatic measurement of coating thickness instead of manua l measurement. Through the establishment of OPC drivers in the PC configuration software Wincc process. Variable phase link is established. Data communications between upper machine and lower machine PLC are completed. The spray gun carriage movement speed is controlled, and pneumatic control thickness sensor fell steadily, making coating thickness measurement precise, reducing accuracy of artificial interference measurement.
