摘要
用NaH作为无毒催化剂,并用具有亲水性、生物相容性的聚乙二醇(PEG)与聚ε-己内酯(PCL)共聚以提高其亲水性,同时控制单体己内酯与聚乙二醇的加入比例合成不同聚合度的PCLPEG-PCL三嵌段共聚物,以GPC、DSC、TGA进行表征,并探究了温度、催化剂与单体加入比例、加料方式等因素对反应的影响。
The author used biocompatible monomer PEG to copolymerize with PCL and nontoxic catalyst NaH,at the same time,the monomer ratio of PCL and PEG was controlled to get PCL-PEG-PCL triblock copolymers of various degree of polymerization.At last,the copolymer was characterized by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),Thermogravimetric Analysis(TGA)and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).
