摘要
结合现代化船舶集成优化的设计思想,提出船用压缩空气供气模块的集成化设计概念。采用模块化设计思想,在船上狭小空间内将空气瓶、减压阀件、高压阀件、压力表等零部件集成优化,减少现场施工量,提高船舶设计的维修性、安全性和集成化水平。
Combining integrated and optimization design ideas of modern ships,design concepts of compressed air feed modular are proposed. Adoption modularized design methods,gas cylinders,a large number of valves,pressure gauges are integrated together on the ship. The functions of air feed module include gas storage,decompression,filtration,security release,exporting signal,etc,which reducing the workload on site,improving the level of maintainability,security and integration.
