高乳化油污水分离试验

Experimental Study on Sewage Separation Technology of the High Emulsified Oil

摘要 通过改变透析膜孔径和原液温度,分析两者对高乳化油分离的影响规律,找出对试验效果最好的透析膜以及透析膜工作温度的临界值。当透析膜孔径为0.45μm时,处理量最大;当温度为60℃,透析膜透水量最大,含油量最小,此时是高乳化油分离的最好时期。 Experiments have been carried out to study the high emulsified oil sewage separation technology. The influence of dialysis membrane bore and liquid temperature upon the sewage separation for high emulsified oil is analyzed,so as to find out the best dialysis membrane bore and critical temperature. When dialysis membrane bore is 0. 45μm,the handling capacity reaches maximum; when the temperature is 60℃,the water volume of dialysis membrane is the most with minimal oil contents,this moment is the best time of high emulsified oil sewage separation.
