中草药的利用在我国已有几千年的历史,中草药利用后而产生的"废弃物"——中药渣,其产量巨大。当前社会随着环境问题的日益加剧,以及资源紧张等一系列问题的出现,使人们开始关注中药渣的利用价值。近年来,关于中药渣的应用报道很多,文章主要介绍中药渣在主要经济畜禽如猪、鸡、牛、羊上的应用,旨在为中药渣的广泛应用提供参考。

There were several thousands years in the using of Chinese herbal medicine in China ,but the yields of herb residues which are the wastes coming from the using of Chinese herbal medicine are great. Nowadays,it appears a series of environmental problems such as the aggravation of environmental problems and resources tension,which makes us focus on the value of herb residues. In recent years ,there are a variety of reports about the application of herb residues,and will tell about the application in main ecnomic animals such as swine,chicken,cattle,sheep in this paper, aiming to provide references for the extensive applications of herb residues.
