张力系数对弹力波纹线性能的影响

摘要 为了解张力系数对弹力波纹线性能的影响,通过实验调整张力系数纺制了三种弹力纤维波形纱线,并测试了纱线的实际线密度、捻度、断裂强力和断裂伸长。结果表明,在纺制弹力纤维波纹线工艺中张力系数对成纱细度、捻度、断裂强力和断裂伸长都有比较明显的影响,且影响规律各异;综合成纱外观效果和其机械性能,张力系数宜选择为1或稍偏小。 In order to explore the influences of tension coefficient on the properties of elastic corrugated line,three kinds of spandex yarn wavy line were spun by adjusting the draw ratio.The actual yarn density,twist,breaking strength and elongation at break were tested.The results showed that the tension coefficient significantly affected on yarn fineness,twist,breaking strength and elongation at break and the influences were different.Integrated into the mechanical properties and yarn appearance,the best tension coefficient was 1or slightly smaller.
