Optimization of Large Pressure Regulation System for BF Top Gas

通过对炉顶放散阀、TRT机组、调压阀组、放散塔放散阀等高炉炉顶煤气压力调节设备的系统分析并进行了优化改进,提高了高炉设备及煤气管网系统的安全可靠性,避免了TRT跳机及煤气泄漏事故的发生.

Systematic analysis and optimization have been made on the BF top gas regulation facilities such as flue gas release valves, TRT train, pressure regulating valve group, release tower and valves which boost the the safety and reliability of the BF equipment and gas pipeline network and avoid the TRT jumping and gas leakage.
