摘要
大宝山矿的简摆颚式破碎机由于过载保护装置设计不甚合理,在受到随机载荷和过载冲击大时,推力板会迅速磨损甚至直接折断,维修频率高,维修成本大.通过采用液压连杆代替后推力板过载保护装置,破碎机能够自动卸荷,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本.
The simple pendulum jaw crusher was impacted heavily by the loading due to the unreasonable design of its overload protection device which would result in the rapid wearing or direct breaking of the pushing plate with the consequence of high frequency of repairing and cost. After the hydraulic link has been used to replace the rear pushing plate for the overload protection, the crusher can unload automatically which increases the productivity and reduces the operation cost.
