摘要
基于开发员工感知价值管理工具的研究目的,在文献研究的基础上开发员工感知价值图;阐释员工感知价值的开发原理和步骤;对6家饭店的154名员工进行问卷调查,运用数理统计方法对调研数据进行分析,实证检验员工感知价值图的实用性。研究结果显示:员工感知价值图提供了一种较为简便的比较企业与竞争对手的员工感知价值的方法。研究结论为指导企业科学管理员工感知价值提供了新的分析工具。
In order to explore and construct management tool of employee perceived value, the map of employee perceived value is put forward. The method of case analysis is used to testify the tool. The results show that there are two paths to improve employee perceived value, including enhancing employee perceived benefit and reducing employee perceived cost. The map of employee perceived value shows competitive conditions between enterprise and competitors. These conclusions of the study are conducive to improve tool of human resource management, which is of certain theoretical and practical significance to optimize human resource management practices.
