探析朋辈咨询技术在高职大学生心理健康教育中的应用

Discussion on the Application of Peer Counseling Technology in Higher Vocational College Students Mental Health Education

现代大学生朋辈心理互助是一种实施方便、容易推广、见效较快的高校心理健康教育新形式，也是高职大学生专业心理咨询的重要补充。朋辈咨询技术在高职院校的运用改变了以往学生只是心理咨询的对象，只有少数专业的心理咨询师才能开展心理援助的状况，它让全体学生都可以成为心理咨询工作的主体和原动力，朋辈咨询也是高校普及心理健康教育的有效途径之一。本文首先对朋辈咨询辅导进行界定，然后分析它的特点和作用，最后说明朋辈咨询在高职院校中实施的可行性和主要途径。

Modern college students＇ peer psychological mutual aid is college mental health education new forms which is convenient and easy for promotion, effective fast and is also an important supplement to the professional psychological consultation of higher vocational college students. Peer counseling technology application in Higher Vocational Colleges changed the past students just the object of psychological counseling, only a few professional counselors to carry out psycholo students can become the subject of psychological counseling and gic dri al assistance, which makes all the ving force. Peer counseling is an effective way to prevalence mental health education in higher education colleges. This paper firstly defines the peer counseling and analyze implementation of peer counselin its characteristics and functions, finally shows the feasibility of the g in higher vocational colleges and the main way.
