关于影响和制约农村经济发展因素的调研报告

绥滨县县委、县政府为确破解农村经济发展这一难题,把如何推动农业农村经济社会的发展,检查强农惠农政策落实情况作为一项重要课题开展了调查研究。通过深入粮库以及北岗、北山、忠仁、连生、富强等乡镇,北山、忠仁等村屯进行实地考察、走访农户,在调查研究的基础上,针对影响和制约我县农村经济发展问题,提出了意见和建议。

To crack the problem of rural economic development, Suibin County Government puts some situations into an important research and carries out the investigation and study like how to promote economic and social development of agriculture and rural areas, check the policy implementation and so on. This paper proposed opinions and suggestions on the basis of the investigation and study, aiming at the affection and restriction the rural economy development.
