Mapping Knowledge Domain-based Study on Master Graduate Cultivation in Management Science and Engineering

[目的/意义]分析管理科学与工程学科硕士研究生培养的现状,有助于高校制定适合于硕士研究生培养模式,把学生培养为社会需要的复合型人才。[方法/过程]以2010—2015年管理科学与工程领域16种重点期刊论文和CNKI硕士论文为研究对象,借助Citespace软件和知识图谱可视化分析方法,从培养目标、课程设置、培养方向及学习年限、实践环节4个方面,分析管理科学与工程专业硕士研究生的培养现状。[结果/结论]只有准确把握学科研究热点、合理制定培养模式、加强与主要研究机构交流、重视实践活动安排,才能培养出高素质的管理科学与工程硕士研究生。

[Purpose/significance] Analyzing status quo of master graduate cultivation in management science and engineering is helpful for university＇s formulating suitable training mode for master graduate, to make them become inter-disciplinary talents meeting the demand of the society. [Method/process] The paper takes articles published in 16 major journals in management science and engineering and master dissertation included in CNKI in 2010—2015 as research objects, uses Citespace and mapping knowledge domain to analyze current situation of master graduate cultivation in management science and engineering, from four aspects of training objectives, curriculum setting, training direction and period of schooling, and practical training. [Result/conclusion] Only accurately grasping research hotspot of the subject, reasonably formulating training mode, strengthening communication with major research institutions,and attaching great importance to practice arrangement, can university cultivate high-quality master graduate in manage ment science and engineering.
