摘要
[目的/意义]分析Medline数据库收录的中文医学期刊的论文发表时滞特征,为入选Medline数据库的其他中文期刊提供参考。[方法/过程]以新乡医学院图书馆上架的55种中文医学期刊2012年的论文为研究对象,分析出版周期与论文发表时滞的关系、不同学科期刊之间的论文发表时滞差异等论文发表时滞特征。[结果/结论]期刊论文发表时滞与审稿周期、期刊刊期、修回期限有关。
[Purpose/significance] The paper is to analyse characteristics of delay for publication of articles（DPA） of Chinese medical journals included in Medline database, to provide reference for other Chinese journals＇ including in Medline database.[Method/process] The paper takes articles published in the 55 Chinese medical journals collected by Xinxiang Medi cal University Library in 2012 as research object, analyzes characteristics of DPA, such as relationship between journal＇s publication frequency and DPA, differences of DPA among different subject journals. [Result/conclusion]The results show that DPA of journals is relevant to checking period, frequency and revising deadline of journals.
