基于ESI数据库的重点学科外文期刊馆藏保障研究

ESI-based Study of Guarantee of Foreign-language Periodicals Collection for Key Disciplines

[目的/意义]尝试从高校重点学科外文期刊建设的角度,建立较为完备的外文期刊保障目录。[方法/过程]采用综合评价法,以南京航空航天大学力学学科为例,将ESI工程学与中国教育部学科分类进行对比分析;采用引文分析法,对南京航空航天大学力学学科科研人员的SCIE论文来源期刊和引文期刊进行分析,获知这些科研人员的外文期刊实际需求。[结果/结论]通过ESI排名期刊、发文期刊及引文期刊的比对,确定南京航空航天大学力学学科外文期刊的四级保障目录,为重点学科的外文期刊保障提供参考。

[Purpose/significance] The paper tries to establish a relatively complete directory of foreign-language periodicals guarantee from angle of foreign-language periodicals construction for key disciplines of university. [Method/process] The paper adopts comprehensive evaluation method and takes mechanics subject of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics（NUAA） for example, to comparatively analyze engineering science of ESI and discipline classification of Ministry of Education of China. It adopts citation analysis method to analyze source journals and citation journals of articles included in SCIE published by researchers of mechanics subject of NUAA, to get these researchers＇ actual needs for foreign periodicals.[Result/conclusion] The paper builds a four-level directory of foreign-language periodicals guarantee for mechanics subject of NUAA by comparing Journals listed on ESI journal ranking, articles＇ source journals and citation journals, to provide reference for foreign-language periodicals guarantee of key disciplines.
