我国台湾地区高校图书馆向社会开放的现状调查及启示

Survey on Status Quo of University Library's Opening to the Public in Taiwan of China and Its Enlightenments

[目的/意义]调查我国台湾地区高校图书馆的社会服务现状,总结其在规章制度和具体实践上的经验,为我国大陆地区高校图书馆的社会服务提供借鉴。[方法/过程]利用网页调查法、邮件咨询和表单咨询法,分析我国台湾地区20所高校图书馆社会服务的网站入口、规章制度、特色服务等方面所做的探索,得到相应的启示。[结果/结论]我国大陆地区高校图书馆应当学习借鉴相关经验,从完善社会读者管理机制、整合社会服务信息、划分区分社会读者身份、保护校内读者优先权、拓展人性化服务等方面,提高社会服务水平,走适度开放之路。

[Purpose/significance] The paper is to investigate status quo of university libraries＇ social services in Taiwan of China,summarize their experiences on regulations and practices, so as to provide reference for university libraries in China's Mainland.[Method/process] The paper uses webpage survey and email or form advisory, to analyze Taiwan university library＇s exploration on social service in aspects of web portal, rules and regulations, and special services, and gains some enlightenments. [Result/conclusion]University libraries in China's Mainland should draw Taiwan＇s related experiences and adopts measures from aspects of improving social readers＇ management mechanism, integrating social service information, distinguishing social readers＇ identity, preserving priority of intramural reader, expanding humanized service, to improve social service and take the road of moderate openness.
