摘要
甘肃新庄煤矿主立井,净直径9 m,井深790.5 m,冲积层厚30 m,冻结深度673m。井筒冻结段掘进直径最大达13.4m,每循环需出矸900m3(段高4m);井壁最厚处达2.2m,每m井壁需浇筑混凝土77.5m3。井筒冻结段掘砌施工中,采用8臂伞形钻架钻眼、甩吊桶法出矸、溜灰管下混凝土等新技术、新工艺,加快了施工速度,仅用7个月就施工到底,取得了平均月进尺超过90m、最高月进尺达110m的好成绩。
A mine main shaft of Gansu Xinzhuang Mine had a net diameter of 9 m,a shaft depth of790.5m,an alluvium thickness of 30 mand a freezing depth of 673 m.At the mine shaft freezing section,a max excavation diameter was 13.4mand each operation cycle(a section of 4 m)would have900m3 of wastes to be discharged.A max thickness of the mine shaft liner was 2.2mand each meter height of the mine shaft liner would need the casted concrete of 77.5 m^3.During the excavation and lining operation of the mine shaft freezing section,there was a 8boom umbellate drilling rig applied to the borehole drilling and a fling sinking bucket method for the waste discharging,a chute line for the concrete downward transportation and other new technology and technique applied made the construction speed fast.The mine shaft sinking construction was reached to the bottom of the mine shaft only with seven months,an average month sinking rate was over 90 mand a max month sinking rate was110 m.
