摘要
平煤十矿北二进风立井,井深1 119.572m。井筒穿越二叠系上统石千峰组砂岩裂隙承压含水层,二叠系上、下石盒子组及山西组的各煤层之间厚度不等的砂岩含水层。防治水是井筒掘进施工中的重点工作,也是井壁质量控制的关键所在。井筒施工中,对影响井壁质量的不利因素进行多方面、多角度的查找和试验,逐个加以排除,最终使得井壁表面观感质量、接茬处理、混凝土抗压强度等方面,均达到了设计要求。
The North No.2 Mine Air Income Shaft in No.10 Mine,China Pingmei Shenma Group had a depth of 1 119.572 m.The mine shaft was passed through a crack pressurized aquifer in sandstone of Upper Shiqianfeng Formation in Permian System and the different thickness sandstone aquifers between each seam in the Upper and Lower Shihezi Formations and Shanxi Formation of Permian System.A water prevention and control would be an important work in the shaft sinking construction and also would be a key to control the quality of the mine shaft liner.In the mine shaft construction,the detection and test on the multi aspects and multi angle were conducted to the unfavorable factors affected to the quality of the mine shaft liner.The unfavorable factors were individually overcome.Finally the surface impression quality of the mine shaft liner,concrete connection treatment,concrete compressive strength and other aspects were all reached the design requirements.
