摘要
上海市轨道交通12号线工程复兴岛站—利津路站区间2号联络通道及泵站工程,超埋深,地质条件复杂,设计与施工难度大。施工方案经过充分论证和精细设计,采用水平冻结加固+矿山暗挖法施工,冻结壁受力计算采用有限元和结构力学两种方法,冻结孔采用双向对打的布孔方案,强力水平钻机钻孔,最后进行融沉注浆和管片后注浆。工程安全可靠,效果较好。
No.2cross passage and pumping station project between Fuxing Island Station and Lijin Road Station metro of No.12 Line of Shanghai Metro System was super deep in the depth,complicated in geological condition and high difficult in the design and construction.With a full verification and fine design of the construction plan,a horizontal ground freezing reinforcement+mine underground excavation method was applied to the construction.The freezing wall stressed was calculated with a finite element method and structure mechanics method.A borehole pattern of the freezing borehole was conducted with a bilateral drilling.A powerful horizontal drilling rig was applied to the borehole.Finally a thaw settlement grouting and segment backfill grouting was conducted.The project safety was reliable and the effect was good.
