IVIG无反应型川崎病合并支原体感染1例并文献复习被引量：1

摘要目的:探讨静脉注射丙种球蛋白(IVIG)无反应型川崎病(KD)合并肺炎支原体感染的治疗方案。方法:回顾分析1例儿童IVIG无反应型KD合并支原体感染的临床表现、实验室检查、心脏彩超结果、治疗经过及预后,并结合文献复习进行分析。结果:患儿给予阿奇霉素抗感染,甲泼尼龙+2个疗程丙种球蛋白+阿司匹林等综合治疗,12天后病情好转出院;出院1周后门诊复查,患儿指趾末端及肛周脱皮明显,查血ESR、CRP恢复正常。结论:对于合并支原体感染的IVIG无反应型KD,建议尽早抗感染治疗,同时采用三联疗法(甲泼尼龙+2个疗程丙种球蛋白+阿司匹林)抑制炎症反应、降低体温,以预防及减轻冠状动脉病变。
