The study on the value orientation of contemporary medical students' employment

目的:通过问卷调查,了解医学生的就业价值取向,针对问题,进行有效指导。方法:对3 000名医学生进行问卷调查并对结果进行统计分析。结果:82.8%以上的医学生没有清晰的自我认知和生涯规划,72.3%的医学生希望在毕业后去大型医院工作、不愿意去小城市或者基层单位,考研和参加规培成为更多人的选择。结论:医学生就业难与新医改需要大量的卫生人才的矛盾突出,医学生在就业目标选择上存在困惑,医学生就业价值评价标准呈现多元化、更加注重个人价值的实现,就业价值实现方式也呈现出多样化。

Objective： To investigate the value orientation of employment of medical students by questionnaire so as to provide effective guidance based on the analysis. Methods： A questionnaire survey for 3 000 students of North Sichuan medical college was conducted and the results were statistically analyzed. Results： More than 82. 8 % of the students had no clear self- awareness and career planning. More than 72. 3 % of the students wanted to work in large hospitals after graduation,rather than go to small cities or grass- roots units. More and more people chose to become postgraduate or participate in standardized training. Conclusion： There are striking contradictions between employment difficulties for medical students and the new health reform which causes the massive requirement for prominent professionals in public health. Medical students are confused in choosing employment objectives and have diversified criteria of employment value evaluation. They pay more attention to the fulfillment of personal value,showing diversification in implementations of employment value.
