摘要 在三乙烯四胺(TETA)的分子链段上通过加成、扩链,将亲水性多乙烯多胺改性成为既亲水又亲油的两亲性化合物,再经封端工艺合成了自乳化水性环氧树脂固化剂,该固化剂兼具乳化和固化功能。实验研究了固化剂的合成工艺及漆膜各项性能,结果表明,所合成的自乳化水性环氧固化剂具有良好的乳化环氧树脂的功能,所制备的水性环氧树脂涂膜具有良好的铅笔硬度、耐冲击性、附着力、耐水和耐化学品性,且适用期较长。 Waterborne self-emulsifying epoxy curing agent was synthesized by using triethylenete tramine(TETA),PEGGE,epoxy resin E-51 and three kind of glycidyl ether as the basic raw materials. Compound of the waterborne epoxy curing agent was synthesized by three steps of addition: chain extender and end capping reaction. We made the hydrophilic polyethylene polyamine-modified amphiphilic compounds become both hydrophilic and lipophilic and the curing agent both emulsifying and curing functions. Experiment studied the synthesis process and the performance of the film hardener. The results show that the synthesis of self-emulsifying waterborne epoxy curing agent with good emulsifying epoxy functionality,waterborne epoxy resin coating prepared has good pencil hardness,impact resistance,adhesion,water and chemical resistance,and is suitable longer period.
