摘要 以Cu Cl2复合催化剂催化三氯乙酰氯和丙烯腈制得三氯吡啶醇钠。反应分为加成、环合和碱析三步。加成反应在无溶剂的条件下进行,实验考查了温度、反应时间、催化剂等因素对合成收率的影响,最终确定加成反应温度为115℃,反应时间为48h。环合反应用了干燥的HCl气体,在室温下进行。此方法合成工艺简单,节约成本,三氯吡啶醇钠的收率提高到80%。 The article describes that the CuCl_2 complex catalysts is used to synthesis sodium 3,5,6-trichloropyridin-2-olate as a raw material in trichloroacetyl chloride and acrylonitrile. The reaction is divided into addition,cyclization and hydrolyzing.The addition reaction is in the absence of a solvent in order to save costs. Experiment examined the factors of yield such as temperature,reaction time and the catalyst,the temperature of the addition reaction is 115℃,the reaction time is 48 h. The cyclization reaction use dry HCl gas in the room temperature. This method of synthesis process is simple,cost-effective and the yield of sodium 3,5,6-trichloropyridin-2-olate increased to 80%.
