摘要
分别采用POE-g-GMA、PTW、MBS相容增韧剂,通过熔融共混挤出,对PC/PBT合金材料进行相容增韧改性,研究增韧剂的用量对PC/PBT合金材料力学性能的影响,并通过SEM电镜照片分析了共混物的断面形态。结果表明,随增韧剂用量的增加,材料拉伸强度降低。PTW、MBS对合金的增韧效果较好,尤其PTW用量为10wt%时,其缺口冲击可达到55k J/m2。
PC/PBT alloy was blended respectively with elastomer POE-g-GMA,PTW and MBS by melting extrusion. The effects of content of toughening agents on the alloy mechanical properties. The fracture surface of the blends was analyzed by SEM. The results showed that with the amount of toughening agent increased,the tensile strength of the material decreased.And the alloy toughening effect by MBS,PTW was better,especially when the content of PTW was 10%,the notched impact can reach 55 k J/m2.
