Anti-pollution flashover is important for electric power production, and pollution measurement is a basic issue for anti-pollution flashover. With the study of anti-pollution flashover going deep, the standard of pollution measurement is also updating. In this paper, the comparison between the old and new standards leads to an in-depth understanding of pollution measurement.
