摘要
智能变电站在运行的过程中面临停电状态和非停电状态下智能设备更换、升级、整改等二次系统工作,如何针对智能变电站二次系统的设计,布置简易、科学、可靠的安全措施,即通过投退检修压板和二次设备软压板,确保检修现场的安全和运行设备的可靠,是值得研究的一个问题。以500 k V福瑞智能变电站为例,通过分析500 k V、220 k V二次系统光缆传输数据信息流向,讨论全站不同停电方式下二次系统的安全隔离措施,指导未来站内检修工作安全可靠进行。
Intelligent equipment in intelligent substations need replacement, upgrade and rectification etc. when smart substations are running under the state of blackout or non-blackout. Thus, it is worth to study how to arrange simple, scientific and reliable security measures based on the design of intelligent substations secondary system to ensure the safety of maintenance sites and reliability of running equipment. In this paper, taking 500 k V Furui intelligent substation as an example, the security isolation measures of secondary system under different blackout modes are discussed through analyzing the cable transmitted data flow of 500 k V and 220 k V secondary system. It will guide the future maintenance work carried out in such intelligent substations.
