摘要
介绍了小麦加工过程提取小麦胚芽的工艺情况,探讨了影响小麦胚芽提取的相关因素并对提高小麦胚芽提取率的工艺提出了看法。
In this paper,the extraction technology of wheat germ in the process was introduced. Correlative factors affecting extraction of wheat germs were investigated. Views towards the technology of improving the rate of wheat germ extraction process were put forward.
